Mini Fellowship Details

Please note that during 2025, we are pleased to announce that Cardiac Imaging Research South Australia (CIRSA) and Flinders Medical Centre CMR Department, under the leadership of Prof. Joseph Selvanayagam would offer 2 mini fellowship during the following dates:

CMR Mini Fellowship 2025

(i) April intake, 2nd - 4th April 2025

(ii) June intake, 18th - 20th June 2025

Spaces during these mini fellowships will be strictly limited and be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

Mini Fellowship Overview

Please note that live scanning would occur on all 3 days (on 1.5 Tesla and 3 Tesla Siemens scanners) and overall would give you 25 live cases spanning a wide variety of Adult CMR cases including ARVC (AC), dilated and hypertrophic cardiomyopathies, viability and LV/RV function assessment.

Perfusion cases would also be covered in live scanning.

All live cases would be worked up with SCMR Level 3/ Australian conjoint committee accredited CMR Cardiologists.

These cases can be counted towards your RANZCR CMR accreditation.

Certificate of Proficiency

RANZCR CPD points will be awarded to participants upon completion of the mini fellowship.
